“Four Images from Yesenin” receives its world premiere at Columbia University in NYC

“Four Images from Yesenin” is a work for treble choir, viola, and guitar was commissioned in 2025 by Barnard-Columbia Chorus and Alturas Duo (Scott Hill, guitar and Carlos Boltes, viola) and received its world premiere at Columbia University in NYC on April 18th, 2026 under the baton of Dr. Gail Archer, Barnard College music program director.
